DawnDawn serves as a volunteer Chaplain and is employed part-time as a Chaplaincy Coordinator in Warwickshire. Deeply rooted in her faith, she approaches her work with a genuine servant heart, committed to supporting all those she encounters. She is an active member of Rugby Elim Church, where she also fulfills the role of Safeguarding Lead and coordinates the Rugby Street Pastors initiative.

In addition, Dawn is a valued member of the national Ascension Trust Team—the umbrella charity overseeing Street Pastors and other related projects—where she provides support to coordinators and the wider network at local, national, and international levels.

Dawn volunteers at her local prison and contributes to the BridgeWatch team in London, offering compassionate listening and care to individuals at risk of suicide on the London bridges.

Known for her attentive listening skills, Dawn works effectively both independently and collaboratively within teams. She demonstrates a proactive approach to seeking guidance and is enthusiastic about acquiring new skills. Her respectful demeanour and servant leadership are an asset to the board, where she is eager to serve, learn, and contribute positively.
